Our purpose in planning these events is to offer men an opportunity to get together and encourage each other within the MANTIME vision (Encouraging men to reclaim the vision for their life). It's understood that attending every event would be challenging, if not unlikely. However, it's for that reason we attempt to offer various events at different times throughout the year, and at varying price points.
Bourbon trail experience
This weekend experience combines a visit to 5-6 Kentucky distilleries with the bonding and comradery of a small group of guys. Besides tasting some outstanding Bourbon we learn the right way to drink this iconic beverage, learn the history behind the brands, eat some delicious food, and take time to share some life lessons from what we learn. To keep with the intimate intention of the trip, space is limited. You don't want to miss this unique experience. Even if you're not familiar with Bourbon or not a huge partaker of this liquor, this trip could still offer you some insights into our American heritage, dispel some myths you might have, and offer you a chance to hang out with some great guys and engage in some worthwhile conversation.
This 3 day event is the culmination of all that is MANTIME. Born out of frustration with church men's retreats the desire is to be sort of "anti-men's retreat"... we seek to welcome men without the pretense of cheesy games, sessions where the introvert and the extrovert are equally recognized, create time in the day's schedule to rest and relax, and offer a chance to connect with others just like yourself. When we're not eat some outstanding freshly prepared manly meals, some men will shoot skeet, throw horseshoes or cornhole, go fishing, play disc golf, or smoke our cigars/pipes around a huge bonfire. Although we encourage you to interact with the other men we want you to feel free to make this weekend yours. Our goal is that you leave the weekend with a fresh perspective on yourself, others, and God.
At this time we are still planning our 2018 calendar of events. We are considering a Father/Son Day, Poker Night, or another day event. If you have any ideas send them via the "Contact" page.
